Description
Vincenzo Longhorn is a porn legend. His 14-inch member graced the screens of the best adult films of the 1990s. Vivian Petite is the wife of a prominent doctor, but she wants out of her marriage, and she wants out of her prenup. Will Vincenzo help Vivian, or will he leave her to face her abusive husband on her own?

No Ire is a giant package of twists, turns and humor en masse, so to speak. Yes, I’m trying to employ some double entendres to honor this hilarious noir but failing miserably. Anyway, the first chapter sets an unambiguous tone with chemistry between the characters that bounces off the page and turns the words into clear imagery in your mind. Carver Cane (talk about double entendre) knows how to write dialogue. This could easily be a movie starring Josh Brolin and Rachel McAdams. Immediately you want more of Vincenzo and Vivian’s repartee, which is thankfully aplenty. It’s a fast read that is fast-paced and goes balls deep in laugh out loud moments with genuine human intrigue. The penultimate chapter gives the reader a money shot ending that does not disappoint. Read this book; the juice worth the squeeze! Even though this is supposed to be a silly book it is actually very clever and entertaining. FWIW so far everything I’ve read from Stone Pulp Press has been worth the time and short money. Good value.
